Jim’s Retirement

Today is our CAD Specialist Jim Coles’ last day at Home Creations.  At 5:00 today he is officially retired! We had great fun at our last staff meeting celebrating Jim’s 8 years with the company. We had not one, but two cakes in his honor (one was sugar free) and our staff contributed well wishes and pictures to a fun scrapbook commemorating Jim’s time with the company. We topped it off with a delicious luncheon yesterday including those of us that have worked with Jim the longest. Jim has always been just one of the good guys – he was …

History of the Home Creations Jingle

I was approached about writing a jingle to help brand the spots and so I sat down one evening and started composing. Why an Oklahoma single mom loves her Home Creations home!

In Singapore, I was used to getting a bird’s eye view of the neighborhood from my bedroom window and still love the idea of high-rise living. “The sky appears to be lower here,” commented my mother when she was visiting me in Oklahoma several …

Growing up with a Realtor mom

Meet Sara Wiggy…a sales and marketing assistant for the Real Estate Company for Home Creations. Sara has grown up with a mother who sold real estate and we thought it would be fun to get her perspective on working in the housing industry. How old were you when you realized your mom sold Real Estate? I was about 8 years old when my mom became a Realtor. She decided to sell homes because it was a profession with flexible hours and she had 3 small children at the time.  I thought it was cool that she didn’t have to be …
